Our Mission

Bringing more cyclical life into our society - and bringing you into deeper connection with your feminine nature

The idea behind Panacaia is to give women an interactive platform where they can inform themselves and exchange ideas, a platform that provides space to learn and discover more about themselves as women and offers the opportunity to get back in touch with themselves and their original nature.

We also see our project as motivation to further support a change in thinking in our society - by disseminating knowledge, new perspectives, and helpful tools through workshops, podcasts, magazines, and more - for an open and respectful approach to the (actually) most natural things in this world: natural menstruation and self-determined, free, and conscious sexuality.

Panacaia also focuses on local herbal medicine for women, bringing time-honored herbs back to our tables. The focus is on biodynamic cultivation, meaning the highest quality for nutrient-rich, vital plants from Demeter farmers—right on our doorstep, in Germany and Austria.

As a team at Panacaia, it is important to us to strengthen not "only" your inner nature as a woman, but also our external nature—our earth, fields, meadows, forests, streams, lakes—that surround us and nourish us.

Demeter is not just a label for organic farming, but rather a holistic philosophy of life based on the principles of biodynamic agriculture. This concept goes far beyond conventional organic practices and offers a sustainable and deeply rooted connection to nature.

Biodynamic agriculture is the oldest organic label in the world and is now practiced in over 60 countries.

Demeter places great emphasis on the care of the soil, the diverse cultivation of plants, species-appropriate animal husbandry and a respectful attitude towards people and nature.

Demeter products are processed according to strict regulations to preserve their original quality. Associative farming practices ensure a fair price for everyone involved.

Biodynamic agriculture is about more than just sustainable practices – it is a comprehensive way of life that promotes the health of people and nature.

We encourage women to get in touch with their natural cycle and develop a stronger awareness of their own femininity.

By getting to know your individual rhythm, you can more clearly recognize what you need at any given moment. And by clearly understanding your cycle, you can consciously alleviate discomfort and release blockages because you know what you need.

Clear, natural products from biodynamic cultivation support you in establishing a deeper connection with your natural cycle and consciously perceiving which herb has what effect on each half of your cycle.

Our raw materials come from Demeter-certified farmers in Germany and Austria. We have defined direct communication with our farmers, the associated short value chain, and honest, sustainable business practices as essential foundations and, at the same time, high standards for Panacaia.
