Our FAQ section gives you the answers you are looking for

  • Oxymel: Our oxymels are more potent than teas because they are a concentrated preparation of medicinal plants. The combination of vinegar and honey better extracts and preserves the active ingredients. Vinegar dissolves primarily acid-soluble ingredients such as minerals and phytochemicals, while honey has an antibacterial effect and promotes absorption by the body.
  • Tea: Our teas, on the other hand, have a gentler effect and are ideal for sensitive individuals. They support daily hydration and can provide relief from discomforts such as bloating or cramps. Furthermore, essential oils and water-soluble vitamins are optimally released in hot water, providing the body with gentle, continuous support.
  1. Oxymel: mix 1 tablespoon of Oxymel in a glass of water daily
  2. Tea: Pour 1-2 tablespoons of tea into a glass of hot water (approx. 500 ml) daily and let it steep for 8-10 minutes. Drink throughout the day.

We recommend taking the herbs daily for at least 2-3 months to allow them to develop their full effect.

You can start our herbal blends at any time during your cycle—it's not necessary to start exactly at ovulation or the start of your period. Even if you don't know your cycle exactly, the teas and oxymels have a balancing effect on the entire cycle. So, it's not a problem if you start the blend a little earlier or later for the second half of your cycle, which is intended for ovulation. It's important that you take the herbs regularly so your body has enough time to absorb the natural active ingredients.

For optimal results, we recommend taking it daily for at least 2-3 months.

We deliberately decided against using chasteberry and mugwort in our oxymel-based teas and herbal extracts. Why?

Mugwort: We avoid mugwort in our cycle products because it's known to be a strong allergen and can trigger severe reactions such as itching or breathing difficulties in sensitive individuals. Mugwort also contains essential oils with a strong effect on the uterus, which could cause unwanted side effects in sensitive users. Instead, we rely on mild herbs that provide gentle and reliable support.

Chasteberry has a very specific effect on hormone balance by influencing prolactin production. This can be helpful for women with hormonal imbalances, but for many women who don't have prolactin-related symptoms, it can be unnecessary or even counterproductive.

Another important reason: chasteberry is only fat-soluble, not water-soluble.
This means it makes little sense to try to dissolve chasteberry in hot water or vinegar and honey mixtures, as its active ingredients can't fully develop. Therefore, you won't get the full effect of chasteberry in this form.

The women's herbs we use in our duos, such as nettle, yarrow, and lady's mantle, can relieve symptoms of endometriosis through their anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, and hormone-regulating effects. Furthermore, some herbs, such as raspberry leaves, strengthen the uterus.
If you are taking hormone supplements, there may be rare interactions with the St. John's wort contained in our products. Although studies show that these interactions tend to occur only at high doses, we recommend consulting your doctor if you have endometriosis and are taking hormone supplements.

  • During pregnancy: We advise against taking our cycle duos, as the different herbs have been specifically formulated to regulate the cycle.
  • During breastfeeding: We generally recommend waiting until you've finished breastfeeding before drinking the cycle tea, as our "Kraft" herbal blend for the first half of your cycle contains sage, which inhibits milk production. Furthermore, other hormonal processes are taking place during breastfeeding that affect your cycle and are often completely normal.

Although women's herbs have a soothing and strengthening effect on women who use hormonal contraception, our products are primarily designed to support and balance the natural cycle. Hormonal contraception artificially suppresses and controls the cycle, limiting the effectiveness of our cycle-oriented extracts and teas.

Yes, our products can support hormonal balance when taken regularly and thus alleviate the symptoms of hormonal acne.

Our cycle duos and treatments can support those trying to conceive by restoring their natural cycle balance and promoting ovulation. Our herbal blends promote fertility and help optimally prepare the body for a potential pregnancy. Especially after discontinuing hormonal contraception, this can be a valuable aid in regulating the natural cycle and restoring hormonal balance.

  • Raspberry leaves : Strengthen the uterus and support a healthy cycle, which is crucial for preparing for pregnancy and promoting regular ovulation.
  • Lady's Mantle : Regulates the cycle and may help increase fertility by supporting natural hormone production.
  • Yarrow : Has antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties, which promotes overall reproductive health and can relieve discomfort during the cycle.
  • St. John's Wort : Improves mood and can reduce the emotional stress often associated with trying to conceive and the transition from hormonal contraception. A balanced mood can also help support the natural cycle and thus ovulation.
  • Sage leaves : Supports hormonal balance, however, sage should be avoided during pregnancy as it can stimulate uterine contractions.
  • Angelica : Promotes blood circulation in the pelvic area, which supports fertility and improves reproductive health.
  • Nettle : Rich in iron and other nutrients, it supports red blood cell formation and promotes general well-being. Nettle also has antispasmodic properties, which can relieve menstrual discomfort and thus prepare the body for pregnancy.
  • Birch leaves : Detoxify the body and improve nutrient absorption, promoting overall health and fertility.
