Exercise: Connect – perceive your womb.

Übung: In Verbindung gehen - Deine Gebärmutter wahrnehmen.

Lie relaxed on your back, feeling the connection between your body and the earth. Notice how the earth supports you. Now consciously place both hands on your lower abdomen, feeling the warmth flowing through your hands deep into your uterus.

Now awaken an inner image: Visualize how this powerful, feminine organ has been honored and worshipped by many cultures for thousands of years. Let the rituals come alive. Become aware of the treasure, the power, you carry within you.

Develop a sense of gratitude and appreciation for this powerful organ, the source of life. Breathe deeply into your uterus and rejoice in being a woman. Connect with your deep, primal femininity. Connect with your uterus and ask yourself the following questions:

  • How does my uterus feel in my body?
  • What's my connection to my uterus? Do I only feel it during menstruation? When I have cramps?
  • How do I perceive my uterus during the different phases of my cycle? How does my uterus feel just before menstruation, when it's full of blood? How do I perceive my uterus during ovulation?
  • What is my relationship with my uterus? Is it positive? Or do I perceive rejection? If so, where does this rejection originate?
  • Suggestion: In certain situations, "listen to your gut." Feel intuitively. Similar to your gut feeling—what's my uterus saying about this? Connect with it.

Even if conscious contact with your uterus may be unusual at first, just try to feel into it more often.

How does my uterus feel right now? Is it cramped, blocked? Or warm and relaxed? What situations am I currently experiencing? And how is this affecting my abdomen? What phase of my cycle am I currently in?

Through conscious perception, you can train your sensitivity and intuition. Regular connection and practice will bring you to a conscious awareness and understanding of your cycle, with its various phases such as ovulation and menstruation.
